The unfolding
of what’s within.

Innri Blóma is a Melbourne and New Zealand-based practice, working online with people and organisations worldwide doing the quiet, necessary work of change — one session, one system, at a time.

Innri — inner Blóma — to bloom

Together, Innri Blóma is the practice of turning inward before growing outward — for individuals in therapy, and for organisations building more trauma-informed cultures.

What I do

Four ways of working together.

Counselling

Individual and couple counselling for adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety and the weight of change — at your pace, in Melbourne, New Zealand, or online worldwide.

Consulting & Training

Building trauma-informed, intersectional capacity inside teams, services and organisations.

Research

Practice grounded in evidence — translating research into care that actually helps.

Advocacy

Using voice, insight and collaboration to advance systemic and social change.

My approach

Four ways of holding the work.

Healing isn’t a straight line, and neither is change inside a system. My approach holds space for both.

Trauma-informed

Every interaction is grounded in safety, choice and an understanding of how experience shapes the nervous system.

Intersectional

Identity, culture and context shape experience — and they shape the support that actually fits.

Relational

Change happens in connection. The relationship — with a client or with a team — is the work, not just the container for it.

Evidence-informed

Grounded in current research, and adapted to what’s actually true for the person or organisation in front of me.

Healing is not linear, and that is okay.
